Online commentators have rallied behind a woman who refuses to follow her work schedule, despite the insistence of her newly appointed supervisor.
Posted on redditA popular r/antiwork forum, Redditor u/decayingdreamless (otherwise referred to as the original poster, or OP) said she worked the same work schedule for six months without conflict – until an unfamiliar authority arrived and threw a wrench into it.
Titled, “When I Was Hired, I Told My Boss There Was One Day I Couldn’t Work. It Wasn’t a Problem Until We Got a New Chief,” Mail It received nearly 23,000 upvotes and 1,000 comments in the last day.
The original poster states that there is only one day each week that she can meet her family without scheduling any conflicts, the original poster said she adhered closely to normal working hours She cherishes her weekly day.
